We setup an investment company on behalf of one or more accredited investors, with a typical minimum investment of 100,000 EUR per investor. We open accounts and get the company qualified for making investments. 
 

WE BUILD PORTFOLIO

We find and analyse commercial real estate investments that are similar to the investments shown on this website. We build a stake in 10 commercial real estate investments within 3 to 4 months with a target return of 15-25% p.a.

YOU GET PAID

Investors receive regular payments as the underlying investments are making distributions and investments are being realised. The target holding period for the underlying  investments are 3-7 years.
